World Book Day 2026 was a huge success at St. Patrick's this year. A big thank you to Mrs. Herron (literacy coordinator) for organising a wonderful day for all the children in our school. Special mention must also go to the students from St. Joseph's Grammar School who gave up their time to come down and explore a range of books and novels with the children. One of the highlights of the day was the meet and greet sessions with local author, Lynda Haffey. Thank you, Lynda for coming to our school to inspire the future authors in Donaghmore. The children certainly won't forget World Book Day 2026!
