We made some bird feeders for the hungry birds and also to attract new birds in preparation for our Big School Bird Watch.
We are delighted with the amazing junk art creations produced. The school looks so colourful and ready for the festive season. We are especially delighted with our new addition this year, the Eco Christmas tree. Super well done to all the boys and girls and big congratulations to our winners!

We held a special assembly to explain our new Eco code and the topics we would be concentrating on this year. Keep up the great work everyone!

During 'European Waste Week' we made Christmas decorations from junk material. The standard produced was absolutely fantastic! Our Eco friends from St. Joseph's had the very difficult task of picking winners from each class. Well done everyone you have made the school look very colourful and Christmassy. Congratulations to our winners!

At our Eco assembly Jill from Mid Ulster Council came to remind us all how important it is to recycle.  We made everyone aware of our new Eco code and we hope to achieve our green flag again later in the year.
