  • Helen McGuigan presented with £177.56

    Our Head Girl and Head Boy presented Helen McGuigan with a cheque for £177.56 for her trip to Cambodia. The money was raised through our Green Day on March 16 2018 .

    We wish Helen a safe journey and look forward to hearing of her experience when she returns.

    The boys and girls had lots of fun celebrating Green Day (Lá Glas) in school. They moved around the different rooms and carried out different activities related to St. Patrick's Day with all the teacher. Mrs Molloy and the cooks prepared a special 'Big Breakfast' for them at lunchtime!

    We are delighted to inform you that our Year 7 students won the Belfast heat of the Jet2 Holiday.

    The Year 7 Children Need Your Help!
    The Year 7 class entered a competition run by Jet2holidays.
    I am delighted to inform you that as a result of all their talents and hard work, St. Patrick’s PS are one of five schools shortlisted for the Belfast region. This has now gone to a public vote and the school with the most votes in each region will be the overall winners, winning a school trip to Katmandu Park, Majorca for their class!! This vote runs from today, Monday 12 Marc...h until 18:00 on Friday 16 March. Just 5 days to gather as many votes as possible.
    We ask you to share this far and wide and to encourage EVERYONE you know to vote. Our children are so excited and we would love their efforts to be rewarded.

  • World Book Day 2018

    The children and staff dressed in their jammies and onesies for the 21st World Book Day. There may have been blizzard conditions outside but we were all toasty and warm inside enjoying our favourite books!
